1. Service Overview

Magix Tarot is a psychological and ritualistic experience service that uses AI technology to generate tarot readings based on user inquiries. These readings are intended for informational and introspective purposes only and hold no legal or medical authority. The service uses the Clerk authentication system for login and user management, and certain features may later be linked to upcoming membership policies.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All reading structures, card shuffle interfaces, deity-specific response formats, and UI components included in Magix Tarot are original content created based on the developer’s unique creative philosophy and are officially registered with the Korea Copyright Commission. This material may be freely used for non-commercial and educational purposes with proper source attribution. However, any commercial use requires prior consultation and explicit written consent. Unauthorized citation, reproduction, modification, or imitation will be considered copyright infringement and may be subject to legal action based on documented evidence.

Please include the following attribution without any modification:

“This content was developed with reference to the original system and worldview of Magix Tarot and requires explicit permission for any commercial use.”

If the above attribution is omitted, or the actual structure/content includes distinctive elements of Magix Tarot, legal liability may be pursued under copyright law.

3. Nature of AI Responses

This service provides tarot reading prompts that can be used with external AI platforms such as ChatGPT. Use of these prompts is entirely at the user's own discretion. The responses generated by such platforms are automatically generated advice based on emotional flow and should not be used for medical diagnoses, mental health counseling, legal advice, or financial decision-making.

4. Accounts, Personal Data, and Membership

Magix Tarot uses the Clerk authentication system for account creation and management. During login, basic user information such as email, name, and profile image is securely stored in Clerk and the service database. This personal data is used solely for user identification, session maintenance, and service delivery.

5. Changes to Terms

These terms of service may be updated due to operational needs, technical improvements, or legal changes. While individual email notifications would be ideal, Magix Tarot is a small-scale creator-run service and may not be able to provide personal notices to all users. Therefore, the most recent version of the terms will always be available on this page and shall apply at the time of use.
